Record Type BINDSAMP

This Record contains individual level variables derived from the Household Cover sheet. The record
is keyed on BHID and BPNO. There will be one BINDSAMP record for each issued individidual at
each household where they were expected to be found, either at first issue, or as a result of a move
uncovered during the fieldwork process, and additionally a record for each new entrant identified at
a contacted household. Thus any individual may be represented by more than one BINDSAMP
record, if they were understood to have moved. The variable BFINLOC enables the last household
where the sample member was expected to be found to be identified.

This Record contains information about dates of departure and reasons for departure for sample
members who left respondent households. It also contains last enumeration information about sample
members who have died.

The results contained in the following tables are obtained from unweighted data. See Volume A for
a full discussion on weighting.
