Summary:
A Shelter and National Housing Federation research report looking at the extent of 'No DSS' practices in the lettings industry. In this report, Shelter and National Housing Federation (NHF) expose discriminatory practices towards renters on housing benefit. With new research and analysis, we reveal the policies and practices fuelling ‘DSS discrimination’ in private renting and why it must come to an immediate stop, so that all renters are treated fairly in their search for a place to call home.
