Autonomy at work is a good thing: but that does not mean managers are willing to offer more flexibility to employees

Summary:

The article presents results of the Understanding Society survey of 20,000 employees which showed that employees having higher levels of workplace autonomy were more satisfied with their jobs and felt better overall in Great Britain in 2017.
