Summary:

In the present note an effort will be made to point out that entrepreneurship reduces income inequality. Entrepreneurship reward is a measurable economic variable and can be therefore related to gini coefficient, which is an indicator of income inequality. Panel data refer to the period (1995 – 2004) covering most Western European countries and the estimated panel regression will be feasible using the software package EVIEWS.
