Abstract:

In advance of our first Essex Summer School course on how to use EUROMOD we would like to try out our introductory session to make sure it is both clear and interesting. Please come and give us feedback. Along the way we hope to: explain what EUROMOD is and what it can do - this may be useful for the ISER computing and support staff who help us, as well as prospective users; demonstrate how it works, 'live' giving you the chance to suggest (simple!) policy reforms for it to simulate while you eat your sandwich; canvass for ideas, particularly from the programmers and designers amongst you.
