We offer student housing accommodation on campus , rates range from £30.00 per person, per night on a self-catering basis (unless otherwise stated) and include VAT.

Conference dinner
Pre-drinks and Poster presentations will be held at Wivenhoe House on the 15th of September, 7pm – 8pm. Dinner will follow at 8pm. Menu choices will be confirmed in the coming weeks. The set menu will cost approximately £35 per head.

I’m a presenter. What do I need to know?
- Each paper has a 40 minute slot.
You should prepare a presentation lasting no more than 30 minutes to leave sufficient time for discussion. - Presentations: both PowerPoint and pdf presentations are supported. Please bring your presentation on a memory stick and upload it to the computer in your presentation room 15 minutes before the session begins. Please also liaise with your session chair prior to your presentation.
Will the presentations be made available after the conference?
