Is the Ethnic Minority Glass Ceiling in Business and the Professions Cracking?

Shamit Saggar, Professor of Public Policy at ISER, joined an expert panel to discuss ethnic minorities and their participation in professions and business at a fringe event organised by the thinktank Policy Exchange at the Labour and Conservative party conferences.

The panel was chaired by David Goodhart, Head of Immigration and Integration at Policy Exchange.
