Helen Fitzgerald

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of the former ISER Administrator, Helen Fitzgerald, who passed away peacefully at home on January 7th.

Helen was one of the founder staff members of ISER and was instrumental in providing the administrative support to allow ISER to grow and flourish.

Helen worked with all the ISER Directors over her more than twenty years of service including David Rose, Tony Coxon, Jonathan Gershuny, Stephen Jenkins and the current Director, Heather Laurie.

Paying tribute to Helen’s contribution to ISER, Heather said:

“Helen was a wonderfully supportive colleague to all staff at ISER and will be much missed.”
