Quotes
To make a quotation, use chevrons like this and make sure you wrap it in double quotes:

Quotes can span many lines:

Crediting photos
Use Flickr’s Creative Commons search as your first port of call for images.
Always credit an image, with a URL. For Flickr images, use the username for the ‘Image Credit’ field and then only include the ID of the photo in the URL, for example, out of a massive Flickr URL like this:

Slug
The ‘slug’ field is used in combination with the publication date to make the URL of the news item.
Usually it’s fine to let it be automatically generated, this is done when you save a news item for the first time. It uses the ‘title’ field, converting it to lower case and converting space and punctuation characters into dashes.
If your ‘title’ has punctuation in, or is especially long, then you should manually enter a ‘slug’, for example if your ‘title’ was ‘Jamie’s Hot Dinners’ your slug will automatically be created as jamie-s-hot-dinners, in which case it would be better to enter your own slug e.g. jamies-hot-dinners
Tips
Keep the ‘title’ field short as this will work better on index pages and also keep the ‘slug’ manageable.
