Professor Nick Allum Professor


Nick Allum earned his PhD in Social Psychology at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is Professor in Research Methodology in the Department of Sociology at Essex. He publishes on public understanding of science, risk perception, trust and on survey methodology. Nick is a member of ISER’s Survey Research Methods Group, collaborates with ISER staff in the supervision of PhD students and directs the MSc Survey Methods for Social Research degree, jointly taught within ISER and the Department of Sociology.
