Role
I work in both the User Support and Communication teams on outreach activities to engage and support new and existing data users. Duties include producing training videos, online guides, training documentation for the web and social media campaigns. I also support the delivery of OMICS applications for researchers who wish to combine genetic and epigenetics data with survey data from Understanding Society.
Experience
20+ years of experience processing both quantitative and qualitative social science data, as well as website management and communications, user support and engagement activities.
