Webinar: Introduction to using administration data for education researchTraining Workshops

This joint webinar from the UK Data Service and the Institute for Social and Economic Research is for anyone with an interest in research on education.

This free webinar will focus on education data in Understanding Society (the UK Household Longitudinal Study) that are available from the UK Data Service. We will give a general introduction to the education information in the survey before introducing the National Pupil Database data which can be linked with the UKHLS data. We will then provide research exemplars to highlight how these data can be used in research as well as pointing to useful resources, and how to access these data.

The webinar will consist of a 40 minute presentation followed by 20 minutes for questions.
