Modern motherhood – new evidence for better policiesMISOC

As part of the ESRC Festival of Social Science, we present new evidence on issues affecting mothers.

What works for treating maternal depression? Does time spent with mothers make a difference to children’s development? Do current childcare policies support mums back into work? The presentations will be followed by a panel discussion on the implications for better policy making to support families.
