Dr Amy Clair Australian Centre for Housing Research, Adelaide University


Amy Clair is Associate Professor and Deputy Director of the Australian Centre for Housing Research, Adelaide University. A quantitative social policy researcher, her work focuses on the impact of policies on health and well-being, with an emphasis on housing and child well-being. Recent work has explored the role of housing in achieving reproductive justice, the conflict and concord between sustainable and affordable housing, and the potential of biomarker measures for understanding the relationship between housing and health. Current projects include exploring the use of machine learning in housing research, investigating housing futures in post-homeownership nations, and data collection to improve understanding of children’s housing and well-being.
