Curriculum vitae

I am a Senior Research Officer at UKHLS. I work on infrastructure and research projects using the Understanding Society data linked to administrative sources such as HMRC, DWP, and the FCA.

I am also a PhD in Economics candidate at the University of Essex.

My research interests include labour and household economics. My work examines the role of search frictions and social networks in the labour market, as well as the measurement of key variables such as income and mobility. My primary focus is on understanding labour market dynamics and poverty. I address these issues using a combination of applied theory and applied econometrics. I also study the quality of data used in labour and household economics — particularly the sources of measurement error and their implications for empirical estimates.
