Labour Market Economist - Jobs and Income division
Olga Rastrigina works at the OECD’s Jobs and Income division at the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs. Olga’s main research interests are income inequality, poverty and social exclusion, work incentives, costs of childcare and gender equality. At the OECD, Olga is working on the development of the OECD tax-benefit model (TaxBEN) and its application for policy design and evaluation. Previously she worked at ISER on the development of the EU tax-benefit microsimulation model EUROMOD.
