I am studying for a PhD in Economics at the Institute for Social and Economic Research, University of Essex. My research focuses on personality traits with a special interest in personality development and the effects on labour market outcomes. I am supervised by Prof. Matteo Richiardi and co-supervised by Prof. Marco Francesconi. Prior to starting the postgraduate programme, I conducted research on labour force participation, inequality, pensions and long-term projections.
